An easy and safe log-in process

Our log-in process is designed to be easy to use without compromising on security - we don't want anyone else to gain access to your data.

We give you unique membership details so that we can identify you when you log-in. You enter these in our two-step process every time you want to access LedgerMaster.

Use the links below to find out more about logging in.

Why two steps?

We often get asked why we don't have just one log-in screen. But we designed two screens with you - and your data security - in mind

We use your membership number in the first step to check whether you have an existing memorable word or need to set up a new one. We can then show the appropriate second screen. Although there are other ways of doing this, we felt a two-step process was the best solution.

Another advantage is that your data is sent to us in two separate transmissions. In addition to encrypting the data, this is another safeguard against someone being able to intercept your details.

Your surname

We ask you to enter your surname when you log-in. this is matched with your membership number as an extra level of security to identify you.

Your membership number

This is a 12-digit number unique to you and it is sent to you after registration. During log-in, you may save your number on the computer so you don't have to type it every time you use LedgerMaster.
If your computer is shared do not tick this box.

Your passcode

You will be issued with a five-digit passcode.
We do not recommend you write it down. If you choose to it is important that you disguise it - this is part of your Customer Agreement with us.

Your memorable word

Every time you log-in we ask you for two characters chosen at random from your memorable word. This prevents anyone from discovering the whole word.

When you receive your membership number, you will need to activate your account and set up your memorable word by clicking on the link in the email. You can choose any word that is eight to twenty five characters long and contains at least one number but avoid obvious words such as where you live, or your partner's name or the name of your Business.
